Scarebears?! (“we”) runs this website at scarebears.xyz. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit it. The short version: this is a static site, and we do not collect anything about you.

What we collect

Nothing directly. This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact form, no newsletter, no shopping cart, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We set no cookies of our own, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Server logs

The site is served by a third-party hosting provider. Like essentially all web hosts, that provider automatically processes basic technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that information to identify you, and we do not receive it in a form tied to you personally.

If you email us

The site links to scarebears.xyz@gmail.com. If you choose to write to us, we receive whatever you put in your message, and we keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not sell or share your message with anyone.

Links to other places

This site links out to services we do not control, including the mint page on launchmynft.io, X (Twitter), and Discord. Once you follow one of those links you are on their platform, under their privacy policy and their terms, not ours. If you connect a crypto wallet or make a transaction on any of those services, that happens there — this website never asks for, receives, or stores wallet addresses, seed phrases, private keys, or transaction data.

Blockchain transactions

Anything minted or traded on a public blockchain is, by design, public and permanent. Wallet addresses and transaction history on Solana are visible to anyone and are not something we or anyone else can delete.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a business holds about you. Because we hold nothing beyond any email you have chosen to send us, in practice this means you can ask us to delete that correspondence. Write to scarebears.xyz@gmail.com and we will.

Changes

If the site gains features that do collect information — a form, a wallet connection, analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
